• Including but not limited to:
  • Gear-Based Subjective Modulation
  • Adaptive Integration as Rhythmic Continuity
  • IPO Modeling (Input-Processing-Output)
  • Fractal Compression in Cognitive Feedback
  • Transdiscursive Layering and Identity Architecture

These models are original works developed independently and iteratively, timestamped and recorded through numerous written iterations, including formal outlines, diagrams, and long-form explanatory chapters.

Notice to Interested Parties

Any entity—corporate, academic, or individual—interested in exploring, adapting, or implementing this framework (particularly in the fields of AI alignment, cognitive architecture, behavior modeling, or adaptive feedback systems) must enter into a licensing or collaboration agreement.

This intellectual property is not public domain. I retain all rights, and I am open to licensing it under exclusive or non-exclusive terms. I am also willing to delay publication of this model in exchange for serious collaboration or compensation from interested organizations.

What This Means

• Any use of these ideas or structures without attribution or permission is a violation of intellectual ownership.
• I have retained detailed documentation and chronological development that can legally establish authorship.
• I reserve the right to pursue legal recourse or public exposure if unauthorized use is detected.
